I chose to do Man vs. Nature for my concentration series. Within my photos, I will attempt to capture pictures with texture, lighting, or movement. In addition, I will have a new and old, or life and death theme for my images. I chose this concentration series because I like nature, and my local area is rural and full of natural life. Also, I like to capture texture within my images, and both man-made objects and natural things contain much texture.

Week 2
This week, I focused mostly on natrue and images containing texture. I found the stones interesting because I felt it signified that even though man put those stones there, nature still grows and will eventually cover them.
You have some nice abstraction images. I would avoid centering (the wheel barrow image). I would also play with interesting eye levels and go even more extreme with eye levels. Make sure your camera is on macro.
The picture of the dog is adorable! I like the unique perspective. The photo of the bricks and the grass also has great line and repetition. I think it's great how you decided to do man versus nature, but capture the differences in one photo instead of a diptych.
I really enjoy every picture you have taken, since week one. Your consecration series is awesome! I like how everything has to do with nature and how manmade object can be taken by nature.
Lupe I love your dog picture! Your pictures makes me want to spend a Saturday doing yard work or getting ready for spring. You're really good at taking macro images.
I really enjoy how you explain your concentration series clearly through your pictures. I like how you brought out something man-made but it was still part of nature. Plus, the dog is funny. He appears to smile.
